“FROM VIRGIL”, is a monochromatic minimal 48" x 48" painting of one of Virgil Abloh's off-white brand symbols. In between the arrowed "X" which is made up of textured paste/plaster, are some of my favourite quotes from him speaking in interviews that I've found inspiring. Those quotes are painted with dimensional fabric paint in order to provide an elevated textured feel and aesthetic. This painting is a homage to him, the creative icon that he is, helping to push boundaries and bridge the gap between streetwear and luxury fashion. He was a dreamer and saw no limits or boxes, and so this is also for all the dreamers out there trying to chase their dreams and make their vision come to life. Keep going. Keep doing. Keep inspiring. You got this.
