UNKNOWN I

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut bibendum tortor sit amet ligula rutrum, at porta tortor convallis ...

Inspired by mental health & illness to help continue the conversation.

This is the first 20" x 24" abstract painting on canvas from my 'Unknown Series" that I started in 2020. It involved a more unpredictable approach when painting; adding layers upon layers while being present at the moment.

Abstract art leaves a lot of room for interpretation which is why I love it. I think when looking at this painting the viewer will feel a certain darkness with a bit of confusion which is what it ended up being. This led to the start of the unknown.

Style inspired by abstract expressionism / minimalist movement of artists Cy Twombly and Pierre Soulages.

-Unframed - Includes attached wire on the back for hanging canvas - Galley Wrapped Heavy Duty Canvas
